Torrey DeVitto was conceived on the 8th of June, 1984. She was born in Huntington New York. She's an American singer, actress and former model. Torrey was born in the Florida town of Winter Park. Torrey is of Italian origins. When she was in 4th grade, she performed as a violinist in the orchestra at her secondary school. Later, at Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook Cook's weddings she played as an individual. Torrey was raised by an Billy Joel drummer. Billy Joel made a unique announcement at Wembley Arena that DeVitto who was on the drums for the event was blessed to have an infant on the day causing overwhelming applause for DeVitto throughout the performance. Maryellen is Torrey's sister was also a part of the Endurance Discovery Kids Show. As a youngster Torrey DeVitto invested a great part of her time travelling with her parents. Torrey started her studies in Youngsville. After graduating, Torrey spent the rest of the year working as the sole model for Japan. Her modeling career began when she was just 15 years old when she began showing up in a number of advertisements. After deciding that modelling wasn't for her then she pursued acting as a profession. Torrey DeVitto appeared in numerous online magazines like Miami Living Cliche Magazine Bello Most Magazine CVLUX, and Crookes Magazine. Also, she performed for Chicago Splash and That Magazine. In 2004 she was the musician for Raphael Saadiq's Ray-Ray Album, as well as Stevie Nick's In Your Dream Collection. Torrey DeVitto had her debut as an actor in The WB show Safe Harbor in 1999. Torrey has gained fame for her outrageous character roles, such as Melissa Hastings on ABC Family's Pretty Little Liars and Dr. Meredith Fell in The CW's supernatural teen drama The Vampire Diaries. She also played Carrie on The CW series One Tree Hill. The role of Torrey's Hospice Ambassador for the National Hospice, Palliative Care Organization was established in the year 2011. She is a supporter of PETA HUS RAINN and also helps their members. Torrey Dvitto is a mental illness activist who has brought mental health issues to the forefront for Mental Health Month in May, as part of National Alliance. She's the storyteller in The documentary Road to Hope that pursues palliative treatment and nurture in Uganda.

Da Brat has since released few solo albums and is most famous for her work as a guest artist on other music composers albums. Da Bratwho's currently signed with So So Def Records has done a couple of movies and television shows. She has been involved in a lot of legal issues and was even sentenced to several years in prison for her erratic conduct.
