Anushka Sharma is a Bollywood actor and producer. She is acclaimed for her acting as well as being among the highest-paid actresses in Bollywood. Anushka has worked with several companies since making her debut a model at Lakme Fashion Week. She's been involved in campaigns for Fiat Palio, Silk & Shine Whisper Nathella Jewelry, and Fiat Palio. Anushka started auditioning films as an actor and attended an acting class in addition to her work as a model. Anushka Sharma's acting debut was in the film Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi alongside Shah Rukh Khan. Anushka Sharma took her time to get ready and did not take the test in impromptu. After that, she signed up to film three times together with Yash Raj Films. She portrayed an unwed bride and married to a man of middle age (the character Shah Rukh Khan was portraying). The film was hit on the box office and was the second-highest-grossing movie of 2008. The year 2010 was the year that Anushka Sharma appeared in the film 'Badmash Company' alongside Shahid Kapoor Vir Das as well as Meiyang Chang. The film received mixed reviews. Anushka appeared in a film named Band Baaja Baaraat, starring Ranveer, where she played an American Punjabi girl from middle class, who establishes her wedding planning business. The movie was a huge success with a lot of praise. Anushka completed her three-film deal in partnership with Yash Raj Films after Band Baaja Baaraat.
